Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Shipping Policy & Lost Packages

Orders take 1-2 business days to process. Tracking will be provided via email listed on your order once the package is shipped.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been shipped. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
